The Samsung Gear S3 has yet to be released in the market but the South Korean tech giant has already listed it for pre-order. We know the wearable game is slowing down but as we’ve been witnessing more lately, Samsung is getting busier doing announcements left and right. We’re guessing this is to at least compensate and maybe overshadow for all the bad news about the Note 7.
The Gear S3 smartwatch is now up for pre-order in key markets so we’re expecting the new watch to be ready in time for the holidays or just before the year ends. Samsung also recently updated the Gear Manager app. It now features support for the new Gear S3 and as with any other update, includes major and minor bug fixes plus improvements and some new features.
The design of the Gear app has been changed a bit to look similar with the Grace UX. You can view two tabs now–Info and Settings. The latter is said to look more streamlined and cleaner with the new icons. Meanwhile, the Info tab shows the battery level of the smartwatch.
The update should be ready on the Galaxy Apps store or Google Play Store now. You may check manually but if not found, you can just download from Sammobile.
