Samsung has announced the “Level” series of audio accessories. The lineup will consists of four products; Level Box, Level Over, Level On and Level In. In order, these Level accessories include a portable speaker, over-ear headphones, on-ear headphones and in-ear headphones.
Beginning first with the Level Box. This one is a portable Bluetooth speaker. Pairing is done over Bluetooth or NFC, and as we’ve seen with similar products, the Level Box can also be used as a speaker phone. Features include noise reduction, echo-cancellation, a built-in microphone and 56mm stereo speaker with passive radiator. The speaker also features S Voice. The Level Box measures in at 164.3 x 62.3 x 69.2mm.
Next up is the Level Over which brings a 50mm bio-cellulose diaphragm with neodymium magnet and active noise cancellation. Features here include Bluetooth 3.0, apt-X, 2 microphone noise reduction/echo cancellation and S Voice. The Level Over headphones can be used over Bluetooth or with the included 3.5mm cable. Samsung will also be shipping these with a carrying case for protection.
The Level On headphones feature a 40mm dual layered diaphragm, 3.5mm jack and S Voice. This model also ships with a carrying case. Last up are the Level In headphones. These have a 3.5mm jack with a three-way speaker system. The speaker setup includes 2 balanced armatures (HD Sound for treble and mid-range) and 1 dynamic speaker for deep base.
The Level series of audio accessories are expected to arrive in mid-May. And while Samsung has said they will be available for purchase in “most” markets, they have yet to offer anything in terms of pricing.
