If you enjoyed and got frustrated (sometimes at the same time) with the game Crossy Road, then you might want to check out the latest game from the same maker, Yodo 1 and Featherweight Games. The full title is Rodeo Stamped: Sky Zoo Safari and it’s a unique and sometimes challenging combination of an endless runner and park manager, but with animals that are in a safari in the sky, for some reason that escapes us. But it is now available for your Android devices.
The game is actually divided into two components. The first part is where you procure your animals for the sky safari. When in real life the process is quite long, in this game, all you need to do is to jump on the back of the animal and rope them in and try not to run into a wall. You will only be able to stay on its back for a few seconds as it will buck you, so you have to transfer to another animal before you’re thrown on the ground. As long as you successfully ride on its back for a few seconds and rope it in, then the animal is yours.
The second part of the game is just like any theme park management game out there. Increase the level and value of your various zoo enclosures, manage the other aspects of your zoo, and open up new areas every time you have enough money and animals. The object of course is for your zoo to get as many visitors as possible and make you rich.
While not as frustrating as Crossy Road, the game still has its challenges, particularly the hold-release-hold motion that you need to do while trying to capture the animals. But the graphics are cute and simple and the gameplay is quite enjoyable. You can download Rodeo Stampede: Sky Zoo Safari from the Google Play Store for free, but with in-app purchases.
