RadioShack has announced the Deals of the Week for this week. These specials started this weekend and will run until December 25. If you haven’t picked up a gift for someone on your list yet, these smartphone specials may pull your Yule log out of the fire.
If you are a new customer or have an upgrade RadioShack is offering the Evo 4G smartphone for $99 with a $100 trade in allowance for any working mobile phone. Once you agree to a new 2-year contract and had over that old device you can walk out with the Evo 4G. RadioShack is also offering the Samsung Captivate for $49.99.
To sweeten the deal a bit more RadioShack will also offer every buyer who gets a new smartphone in store a free Plantronics Explorer 240 Bluetooth headset with a qualifying 2-year plan. These are nice deals that will make good gifts.
I ordered an EVO from Radioshack’s website Sunday evening with an upgrade price of $99, including the Free Headset. No Trade was required and it is still active on their site.
