As much as you already have your own groove when it comes to what kind of music and which singers you regularly listen to, of course you’d want to expand your musical horizons and discover even more music that can soothe, inspire, energize, brighten up you life, or whatever it is you use music for. These music streaming apps have made it easier to discover new artists, and now Pandora has brought one such feature for you on your Android app.

Once you’ve updated to the latest version of the app, you will now be able to see a new Browse option at the top of the app. Once you click it, you can toggle between the station you’re listening to and a new discovery tool, bringing you stations that are arranged in various ways, like by popularity, genre, and decade. When you tap one of the thumbnail stations, it will give you more information and also gives you a floating window showing all the artists that are included in the station.

If you think that music from these artists is something you’d like to hear, or if you don’t know them but they look/sound interesting, all you have to do is tap “Start Station” and it will now be included in your Pandora stations. If you are also fond of watching live shows, they have integrated Songkick so that concert ticket notifications will be on your feed, making it easier for you to know who’s playing near you and how to buy tickets.

Pandora’s interface has also been changed a bit, making it cleaner and easier to navigate. The updated version of the app is now available so you should go to the Google Play Store like right now.
