OPPO has been slowly rolling out teasers for the Find 7 smartphone. Some of those touched on how the Find 7 would arrive sporting a 5.5-inch display. We later learned the handset would be available in two versions — one with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 and one with a resolution of 1920 x 1080. More recently however, OPPO has posted an image detailing the specs on their official Weibo page.
The specs list isn’t full and complete, but it does include the basics. As you see from the image here in the post, the Find 7 will launch with a Snapdragon 800 processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage. There was also mention of a 5.5-inch display at 1920 x 1080. While this image doesn’t mention the 2560 x 1440 model, that was recently highlighted on the Red Dot 21 design awards site.
Said site offered a picture of the OPPO Find 7 along with some details on the specs. The page listed the handset as having a 5.5-inch 2560 x 1440 display, Snapdragon 800 processor, support for TD-LTE and a 13 megapixel rear-facing camera. There was also mention of the Find 7 having a “seamless” design. To that point, it was said the glass and frame offer no ridges.
Anyway, it seems the specs for the OPPO Find 7 have all been revealed. It also appears the handset is not going to have the once-rumored 50MP camera on the back. OPPO will be announcing the Find 7 a bit later this month. They have an event scheduled for March 19th, however judging from how things have been going, we are expecting additional leaks and teasers before the announcement takes place.
