The OnePlus 3 will soon be available in the UK. After the successful pop-up event in London, OnePlus decided to bring its latest flagship phone in the region. Perhaps ditching the invite-system has done OnePlus good, the company is more than excited to release the product in the UK. Pre-order has opened and people are only waiting for their handset. Unfortunately, some deliveries have been delayed already for some reason.
OnePlus is honest enough that there are some problems being experienced like customs issues and factory delays. According to OnePlus, there is some sort of schedule misalignment between the accessories and phones in the region. At present, there are more accessories available compared to phones. Initially, the Chinese OEM already refunded those orders since they were not able to deliver on time. Other solutions include waiving the minimum order fee, direct dispatching of units, and vouchers for future purchases.
OnePlus said stocks will finally be arriving this week in the UK so if you’re one of those who ordered for the new OnePlus 3, be glad that you’d be able to get your hands on one in the coming days or weeks. Orders will be processed ASAP for those who purchased early.
OnePlus said the new flagship phone is selling quickly although we don’t have any idea how many units have been sold or shipped not only in the UK but also in other key markets. If you’re in the unfortunate list, you will be entitled to free shipping and a £16/20€ voucher as compensation for the delay.
