Japanese consumer electronics maker Toshiba has just unveiled an updated Chromebook 2. The improved Chrome OS-powered laptop boasts of the latest Intel processor and LED backlit keyboard, bringing a better and faster computing performance. This Toshiba Chromebook 2 runs on your choice of either a Celeron or i3 (Broadwell) processor from Intel.
Toshiba Chromebook 2 boasts of a 13.3-inch screen with Full HD 1920 x 1080 (1080p) IPS display, 4GB RAM, Skullcandy-approved front-facing speakers, HD webcam, dual-array microphones, SD card slot, a pair of USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports, WiFi, and an HDMI output. All these and more are packed in a 12-inch body but laptop is still very light at only 2.9 lbs.
The Chromebook 2 from Toshiba also comes with 100GB of Google Drive storage, passes to GoGo’s Internet, and free three months of unlimited access to Google Play Music and streaming. Laptop will be ready for purchase starting next month with a $330 price tag for the Celeron model and $430 for the Core i3 variant.
This Chrome OS laptop is expected to work faster than ever, offering more productivity and efficiency.
