The new budget smartphones for Motorola, the Moto G4 and G4 Plus have recently been launched in Brazil and India and will probably soon make its way to other markets as well. They have released two new ads that are showing off its key features, including neat cameras, quick processors, and longer battery life. If these are things that are important to you, then you might want to pay attention to these two new smartphones from Lenovo/Motorola.

The Moto G4 is of course the more budget-friendly and slightly lower specs version of the family. The video ad is just like any colorful, lifestyle themed ad for mobile devices, but it does clearly highlight what it wants you to focus on with this phone. Featured in the ad are its fast processor and the 5.5” Full HD display, the Quick Capture feature (twist phone to open camera) and its 13 MP camera that “shoots like a pro”, and its all day battery and then the 15-minute charging that can give you 6 hours of additional battery life. That last one may be the most important for some.

The Moto G4 Plus highlights is almost the same as its less expensive brother, but it does boast of a 16MP camera which early reviews are saying can be comparable to the Nexus 6P and the iPhone 6S. it has laser focus, wide angle lens, low light support, and the Quick Capture feature as well. Another difference is that it has a fingerprint sensor so no need to remember complicate passwords.

Currently, Motorola seems to be putting more of its marketing energies on the Moto G4, probably since in the two markets where it is currently available, price point is an ongoing battle against a lot of lower-priced smartphones. But the Moto G4 Plus may have more appeal in other markets later on.
