After a long time in the wraps, Bandai Namco finally announces that they have opened pre-registration to what is probably one of their biggest Android titles this summer – Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing. The game is based on the wildly popular anime series and the developers hope that the popularity will boost pre-registration numbers up.

Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Blazing will have gamers competing in epic turn-based battles, using characters in the anime series and their distinctive abilities. The game’s story mode reportedly will remain faithful to the original anime series and will give players the option of playing solo or multiplayer.

You can now pre-register via the Google Play Store (see link below), and there are some milestones that Bandai Namco are watching out for to be able to release some pre-registration player gifts. The developers’ first milestone is 25,000 pre-registrations, which will give all players 5 Ninja Pearls which can be used in-game.

If you’re a fan of Naruto – and there’s a big chance that some of you are – this is one of the first official fighting games from the franchise to be released on Android, so catch it while its hot.
