If we asked you right now how many apps you’ve bought in the past six months, how much you’ve spent all in all, and what those apps exactly are, would you be able to answer us correctly? Well, unless you’re one of those people who keep spreadsheets of all their expenses or you have great memory, you probably would only be able to name 1 or 2 apps. A new app simply called My Paid Apps can help you keep track and remind you that you bought this app you haven’t used lately.
That is basically the primary function of this simple but efficient app. It gives you a list of all the apps, books, music, movies, and even in-app purchases you’ve made, plus which device you installed it in (if you have multiple devices). It also gives you a summary of all that you’ve spent so far, and hopefully, you won’t faint when you see it. You can also arrange in what order you’ll see it, by name, by price, or when you bought it. You can even export all the information onto a CSV file, and it also has support for multiple Google accounts.
Why is it important to have this information? And you can actually see all the apps you’ve bought if you go to your account settings on Google Play Store right? Yes, you can, but it doesn’t have the functionality that this app offers. And it also serves as a reminder to you that you spent this much money on an app, so maybe you should start using it again, or just delete it if it’s taking too much space and it just cost you $0.99 anyway.
You can download My Paid Apps for free from the Google Play Store. There are ads of course, but you can disable them by donating whatever you think the developer deserves, through an in-app purchase (which will show up on the app eventually).
