The leaks about the upcoming Motorola Droid Pro just keep on coming, and we’re eager to see more. (Though, we’re even more eager to see something official about the device.) What we’ve really wanted to see, though, was something other than a $300 price tag. And, we’ve finally got something that may confirm that the device won’t actually cost $300, but something quite less.
As the title suggests, according to a newly leaked screen shot pertaining to the Droid Pro, it looks like the global roaming device is actually going to cost only $179.99, after you sign the new, two-year agreement and send in for your mail-in rebate. That’s not a bad price at all, considering the features (the global roaming) of the device. Truth be told, we’re just glad it’s not the $300 price tag. If the lowered price does turn out to be true, who’s going to be in line to get one of these when it’s supposed to launch November 18th?
