People will probably never tire of searching for the best set of headphones or earphones with which to pair with their respective devices. That means brands will not rest too and churn out various models and makes to vie for your heart, or rather, your ears. Motorola has come out with two new Bluetooth connected products, the Moto Pulse and the Moto Surround, both with their own charms and conveniences. You’ll probably choose between the two depending if you’re looking for earphones or headphones.
If your tastes run towards wireless earphones or earbuds, then you better go with Moto Surround. Even if you use Bluetooth to connect to the music on your smartphone or tablet, they claim that the sound quality doesn’t suffer and it will still give you “crisp highs, full lows, and clear mid-ranges”. It is ultralight and comes with a contoured collar so that you’ll still feel comfortable when wearing it and moving around. There are dedicated buttons on the right so you can control your music and receive and make calls as well. It is also waterproof and sweatproof so you can use it while working out.
Meanwhile, if you feel like using headphones, you can get the Moto Pulse with its 40mm speaker drivers that can last up to 18 hours of playtime. It uses on-ear design, and is still pretty light on your ears but you still get “incredible sounding audio and rich bass”. It also has a wireless range of up to 60 feet so you don’t need to always make sure your connected device is actually near you. And it is portable, as the rotating ear cups can be fold flat.
Both devices can be detected through the the Motorola Connect app where you can get battery notifications and in case you can’t find your ear/headphones, it will show you where you last left it. The Moto Surround is priced at $69.99 while the Moto Pulse is $59.99. The latter comes in either chalk or black colors.
