Not all businesses can afford to hire graphic designers, and not all of them can just design marketing and sales materials on the fly. As with a lot of things these days, there’s an app for that. And true to their goal to create more helpful and creative software, Microsoft has an answer to that particular problem. They have come up with an app called Sprightly, which comes from their Microsoft Garage projects, that helps small and medium sized enterprises have their very own fliers, catalogs, ecards, etc.

Creating these collaterals, especially since they’re for digital use only, is now easier with apps like Sprightly. All you need to do is take pictures of your products, choose from among the multiple template options, and then share it as a PDF either directly to your customer or even through social media, like Facebook and WhatsApp. You will be able to create fliers, catalogs, price lists, ecards, and coupons. And whatever you create here will automatically be saved so you can use them later on or as needed.

This is an app that “embraces mobile-only thinking” so no need to have graphic design talent or hi-res images and photo editing programs. Everything can be done on the fly and will only take minutes. And in a digital age where customers expect quick responses to sales inquiries, something like this will definitely come in handy for business owners.
