If you were already having trouble differentiating LG’s 8-inch tablets from each other, they are adding one more to the fray. T-Mobile has just announced that the LG G Pad X 8.0 is now available through the carrier. Other countries have it as the LG G Pad III 8.0, but in the U.S, it is the LG G Pad X 8.0. Get it? The mid-range and mid-size tablet can be bought full price or pay for it for two years under contract with the “uncarrier”.

The tablet has, obviously, an 8-inch 1920×1200 LCD display and is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. It only has 2GB RAM and 16GB internal storage which of course can be expanded up to 128GB through a microSD card. Both the rear and front cameras are at 5MP and the battery can last up to 20 days if it is on standby, but of course you’ll be using it so that’s silly. It is 4G and 4G LTE capable and has Bluetooth 4.2 connectivity.

From the specs stated above, it isn’t a high-range tablet, so if that’s what you’re looking for, then go look some more. But it does come with Androi 6 Marshmallow out of the box so that has to count for something right? It is 7.8mm thin so it will not take up so much space and weight, although it is also not the slimmest available in the market.

If you think this is something you might want to have in your life, then you can buy it at $239.99 outright through T-Mobile. But if you prefer dragging it out, you can get it at $10 per month for two years, without interest or money down.
