Lenovo has the K900 smartphone which is sporting a 5.5-inch display and Intel processor, however it is looking like the K910 will be shifting from Intel. A recent benchmark leak pointed towards the Lenovo K910 as having a 2.1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. And just to make mention, those benchmarks were showing results that were just shy of 30,000.
Specifically, they were sitting at 29,231. But for now we can put that piece to the side because it is looking like some images of the Lenovo K910 have recently leaked. The images are coming by way of the Chinese language Lenovo Mobile forums and have the handset listed as being either the K910 or the K6. These images are showing a look at the front and back as well as the side.
Perhaps more important though, there are some specs being confirmed by way of the display. For example, the details show this handset as having an Snapdragon 800 MSM8974 with Adreno 330 graphics. And while we have yet to see the size of the display, the resolution has been pegged at 1920 x 1080.
Simply put, assuming these specs hold accurate — it looks like Lenovo is getting ready to step up in the mobile world. Of course, that goes along with talk we heard coming from Lenovo back in June. At that time Lenovo had mentioned a goal of selling 50 million mobile phones before the end of the fiscal year.
Just for the record, that ends time is not until March 2014. That all being said, while the Lenovo K910 certainly seems like it will be a powerhouse, it is probably not a handset that will see a widespread release outside of China. For now though, we have these images and looking forward we wouldn’t be surprised if there were more leaks.
