Disney and Final Fantasy characters may have seemed the least likely crossover buddies, but that is what Kingdom Hearts has been doing for more than 10 years now, and judging by how long it has been ongoing and how many have been playing, then it’s been a surefire hit of course. Now the latest chapter in the series is now available to download for your mobile devices and it’s called
KINGDOM HEARTS Unchained χ and that last character is pronounced as “keys”.
What makes this game unique is that for the first time, you will be able to create your own Keyblade wielder though the Avatar system. It has a lot of customization options including character costumes based on various seasonal events, Disney themes, and of course based on blockbuster movies from the studio (including Judy and Nick from the recent movie Zootopia). The game also has story elements from the upcoming KINGDOM HEARTS HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue and KINGDOM HEARTS III and from previous games as well.
Just like the previous games of course, you will be able to collect, fuse, and evolve various medals all throughout the game and these elements are infused with the power of both heroes and villains from the world of Disney. Aside from creating your own Keyblades, you will still be able to discover them as you play the game in iconic worlds and use them to battle against the Heartless. You also get to battle it out in the Olympus Coliseum to be able to get additional points and unlock rare medals.
You can download KINGDOM HEARTS Unchained χ from the Google Play Store for free. There are in-app purchases available, but not necessary to play the game.
