The world gets even smaller with JetBlue launching a restyled cabin of the Airbus A320. The airline aims to bring fully connected in-seat experience so it worked on improving the cabin, hoping to offer more space, comfort, and connectivity. The program to renovate the cabin was announced last November of 2014.

The interiors have been redesigned to allow connectivity all throughout the flight for passengers. Internet connectivity almost everywhere from the gate to the lounge and even right in their seats, travellers can enjoy high-speed Internet connection–thanks to ViaSat and Thales. The seats even have power outlets and USB ports so you can connect your gadgets and use in-flight. Of course, HDTVs are a standard to bring total entertainment to everyone.

JetBlue is known to be a super generous airline but this will exceed the public’s expectation with the upgraded in-flight entertainment system. The updates aren’t only available for international travels but also for domestic flights. It’s actually a first from a domestic airline.

Some redesign highlights include new streaming TV entertainment from Thales STV+, more DirecTV channels, more legroom, ergonomic B/E Aerospace Pinnacle seats, moveable headrests plus the Space-Flex v2 galley on A320/A321 All-Core aircraft–resulting to more space.

No details when the redesign will be ready but it’s okay to imagine now. It’s really not a problem if it will take a while because the pictures tell us it’s worth the wait.
