Time to go pink and get cuddly. HTC has just officially unveiled the limited edition HTC Butterfly S with Hello Kitty’s signature cuteness. It’s Hello Kitty on an HTC Android phone. A match made in heaven.

OK, maybe not. But the HTC Butterfly S, the upgraded version of the company’s Butterfly (DROID DNA in the US) smartphone, is definitely able to stand on its own. It features specs similar to the HTC One, sporting the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor. But the Butterfly S comes in a bigger package, with a larger 5.0-inch 1080p screen, a massive 3200 mAh battery, and a 4 megapixel “UltraPixel” rear camera.

The Hello Kitty edition will pack that same goodness but in a customized and prettified wrapping. The edition will of course still come with the usual package of HTC features such as BlinkFeed, BoomSound, and Zoe, but will also have 9 Hello Kitty wallpapers and a Hello Kitty back cover. In addition, HTC is partnering with Eva Air to offer exclusive accessories only available on inflight stores. This includes a Hello Kitty flight attendant and a Dear Daniel captain headphone plugs.

The HTC Butterfly S Hello Kitty edition will be selling for NT$22,900, or around $771. However, this edition will only be available in Taiwan and in very limited numbers, which might disappoint fans of the cat in other markets.
