Gresso has been making very expensive smartphones for years now and the company has added another new model to its high-end line. The smartphone is called the Gresso Regal Black Edition. The skeleton of the smartphone is titanium that is coated with black PVD and then features inserts made of shiny gold.
The good news with this Gresso device is that it actually packs some nice hardware inside. Typically, you are only paying for the looks of the Gresso device. The Regal Black Edition has a 5-inch screen and full HD resolution. It has 2GB of RAM and internal storage is 32GB.
The rear camera has 13MP resolution while the front is a 5MP snapper. One of the things this phone lacks is support for LTE. In this day and age, a device without LTE is annoying for most users. It’s unclear what processor is used, but it is a 1.5GHz quad-core unit.
The PVD coating over the Grade 5 titanium means that the case will resist scratches and is strong but light. The 18K gold insert can be had in yellow or white gold and has the Gresso name and the number of the device. Only 999 will be made at a price starting at $3000 with no insert and no PVD coating. The R1 and R3 models start at $5,000 with PVD and inserts.
