Internet search has changed over the past years but Google still leads the industry with its several innovations and changes in algorithms. It’s hard to keep track how Google manages but the tech giant really knows ‘search’ well. From desktop to mobile, Google is the best search engine yielding the closest and most relevant results helpful to everyone.
Finding answers to any questions is faster and easier these days. You can be anywhere and still be informed of the latest and be able to do things you need to do with a lot of help from Google–as long as you have Internet connection. On your phone or tablet, the Google app is perhaps one of the most important apps you use. And with the Now cards now integrated in the app, you are provided with the right information you need even before you would have to ask Google about it.
Google has added Now cards of some of the more popular apps on Android. The company still wants to improve the feature so it started working with 70 new partners to add more Now cards on your phone. For example, if you want to listen to sounds on a lazy or chill evening, Now cards from YouTube, TuneIn, or Spotify will show. Depending on your preference, Google will show Now cards of music you can listen to.
If you’re out on an adventure or have recently booked a car rental, a Now card of directions or return time will show. Or if you need to be updated on breaking news, you can view Now cards from big news apps like ABC News, Feedly, or Circa.
Need to grab a meal soon? Now cards of restaurants can also be displayed from Eat24. If you have to pay your bill, just use OpenTable. You can also try a new recipe or two from Allrecipes. And for the health buff, you can integrate your Runkeeper, Adidas, and Jawbone and get notifications from them.
The latest version of the Google app brings all these great features and Now cards from some of the top Android apps. More will be added soon so watch out for them to start flashing on your phone screens.
