It seems like that a lot of mobile developers’ mantra these days is the simpler, the better but also more difficult and more addictive. Satellina is the latest one out the door, with its minimalist but pretty design, and a similarly simple gameplay that is easy to understand but difficult to let go, or as their description says, will drive adults to “obsessive lengths”.

Satellina is a puzzle in motion kind of game that has an extremely challenging difficulty curve, although it’s pretty easy to learn the rules at first. It has 50 unique and beautiful levels that become more difficult (and frustrating) as you go up the ladder. Despite the constant screams of frustration that you will emit, the gameplay is extremely addictive and you won’t be able to stop.

Since the game deals a lot with colors, you may think that colorblind people will not be able to play it. Good thing there are alternative palettes for those who cannot detect colors the same way everyone else does. There are also various color schemes, secret codes, and bonus modes to keep you even more entertained. The synthpop soundtrack is also pretty cool and will distract you from the fact that you’re tearing your hair out everytime you die in the game.

If you’re feeling competitive, you will be able to see the global leaderboard and see how you’re doing against everyone else playing the game. You can buy Satellina from the Google Play Store for only $1.99 and there are no more in-app purchases necessary.
