A lot of people who want the OnePlus 2 but can’t get their hands on one – because of that annoying invite system – will actually have the chance to get one without an invite during the maddest gadget rush of the year, on Black Friday. China-based upstart OnePlus has announced through its social media accounts that their 2015 flagship will be on open sales during the coming weekend.

From November 27 to 30, the sought after mobile dubbed as the “flagship killer” will be available for purchase online without an invitation. Currently, the OnePlus 2 costs USD$330 for the 16GB/3GB RAM version, and USD$390 for the 64GB/4GB RAM model. We recommend you stump up the extra 60 dollars for that storage and extra RAM, because you’ll need it.

As a reminder of what you’ll be getting, the OnePlus 2 features a 5.5-inch FullHD (1080p) display powered by the leading edge Qualcomm Snapdragon 810. That will be supported by either 3GB or 4GB RAM, depending on what variant you buy (we suggest getting the higher end one), and it will have a fingerprint sensor and that 13MP main camera.

You can buy the phone off the company website when the weekend rolls in, so roll up your sleeves and make sure you get one this Friday. You might have to wait a bit until the next open sales kicks in.
