There’s still a few months away before season 5 of the hugely popular Game of Thrones starts on HBO, but until then, you can amuse yourself by either re-watching all episodes of Seasons 1-4. But you’ve probably done that already, if you’re a huge fan of the series. So wouldn’t you like to explore a new story and even play a role in it? The Game of Thrones Android game provides you with that opportunity, and now Episode 2 is available for purchase.

In case you were unaware of its existence, the game was actually launched last December to much acclaim, particularly since it was made by TellTale, a big name already in adventure games. It followed the story of a minor house, the Forresters, who are the vassals of the House of Stark. And just like what happened to their masters, the members of this family had mixed and sometimes tragic fates in Episode 1. There were surprising deaths as well, although given the source material of this game’s world (if not the storyline), then you shouldn’t be surprised anymore.

Episode 2 is entitled The Lost Lords and continues with the story of the Forresters, after the devastating results of the first chapter of their story. Once again, you can choose from among several characters to be your persona in the game, including Mira Forrester, now in King’s Landing and trying to strike up an alliance with one of the Lannisters, and Gared Tuttle who is now at The Wall with Jon Snow, the bastard son (or is he really?) of their master Ned Stark.

If you’ve already had Game of Thrones installed in your Android device, you just need to make a $5 in-app purchase to get Episode 2. If you don’t have it yet, you can buy it from the Google Play Store for $5 as well, then make the necessary IAP. If you feel like you’ll play all the future episodes as well, better get a season purchase of $20. Episodes 3-6 will be coming soon, and will also be available as IAP.
