Epson has made a name not just as a trusted printer brand but also for other electronic products like printers, ink cartridges, photocopying machines, etc. And now they’re releasing a brand new line of portable projectors which users will be able to carry around to use in classrooms, boardrooms, churches, and even for your own home entertainment use. The PowerLite 2000-Series has nine projectors in its lineup, all bringing a combination of brightness, quality features, and more connectivity options for your audio-visual needs.
The series begins at 4,200 lumens and can go as high up as 5,500 when it comes to color brightness and white brightness as well. It also supports up to full HD 1080p quality videos, and offers a wide range of options from connectivity to resolution to brightness, whatever it is that you would need the projector for. Through the HDMI connectivity, you will be able to connect laptops, DVD and Blu-Ray players and project your digital content on the wall or screen. It also has a USB port so you can also project PDF, JPEG, BMP, GIF, or PNG files.
You can also use wireless LAN to connect to media sources, and if your concern is security, it has wireless encryption so outsiders or unauthorized people cannot have access to your files. It also has Faroudja DCDi Cinema® video enhancement technology so that the videos you will project will be of better quality than what other projects can do. They also use wireless screen mirroring tech Miracast to be able to stream Full HD movies, videos, photos, and music from mobile devices like smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
The PowerLite 2000-Series projectors will be available by January 2017 through Epson.com and other leading retailers nationwide. Prices start for as low as $1049 with the most expensive models at $2.249. It also comes with a three-year limited warranty.
