The all-business DROID Pro, much discussed DROID 2 Global, the entry-level Motorola Citrus and the Pre 2 are rumored to be hitting Verizon just in time to entice holiday smartphone buyers. With an expected launch date of November 11th this will set Verizon in a very competitive position for holiday shoppers.
As Windows Phone 7 will be a player in this year’s holiday season on AT&T, Verizon is hoping it’s impressive lineup of smartphones will keep users interested in the network and it’s devices. It has also been previously rumored that the HTC Merge will be hitting the network the same day – making this one big day for Verizon.
