Bluetooth-connected headphones are a dime a dozen lately, but there are only a few that can claim they’re for all purposes and for all kinds of lifestyles and activities. A Kickstarter project does just that with the Chips Hi-Fi All-in-One Headphones that doesn’t skimp on audio quality, style or comfort.
If you need to use separate headphones for listening to music while working out or taking and making calls or asking “Okay Google” some questions that need to be asked, then there must be something wrong with the brand you’re using. With Chips Headphones, you can do all that and wherever you are, whether at home, commuting or running a triathlon (well, as long as your tethered mobile phone has signal or data). The headphones can connect with your device from a range of 32 feet. The earmuffs also have a two button control system, with the left one for the volume and the right one for play/pause or answer/hang up for when taking (or dropping) calls.
The headphones has 40MM drivers to give you excellent sound quality. It also has IPX4 standards which means it can withstand splashing water and it can also withstand frigid temperatures of up to -20°C/-4°F, for when you want to use your headset while skiing. They’ve also come up with an accessory line, including headbands, beanies, pouches so you can use it either wirelessly or with wires, whatever you’re doing.
There are till 59 days to go in their Kickstarter campaign, so plenty more time to help them reach their goal of $30,000. The estimated delivery date for the first batch of the Chips headphones are in March next year.
