ZTE recently introduced a new affordable smartphone that costs belows $100. The ZTE Tempo is a small phone being offered by Boost Mobile that’s good enough for basic smartphone use. The display is small at 4.5-inches but it’s decent for mobile browsing and social media if you’re not too particular with speed and display quality.
If you’re looking for a basic phone to give to your children or use as a secondary phone, consider this ZTE Tempo. It comes equipped with a 4.5-inch TFT touchscreen display, a simple 5MP rear camera, 2MP front-facing shooter, 8GB built-in storage, 1GB RAM, microSD card slot for storage expansion up to 32GB, 1.1GHz Quad-Core processor, and a 2200mAh battery.
ZTE nor Boost Mobile didn’t post a press release but the product page is available. The phone is described there as one of the “more affordable LTE products” today. This ZTE Tempo features a slim and compact design. It’s really small but it’s one attractive piece. It’s not much for an Android phone but it’s ideal for those searching for a really cheap phone. But of course, remember that you will always get what you pay for.
Another good thing about this phone is that it already offers 4G LTE connectivity and it’s ready for roaming. Boost Mobile described this phone as Mexico roaming and mobile hotspot capable. Device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box.
