AT&T rolls out new Samsung Galaxy S7 Active

After months of waiting, the new Samsung Galaxy S7 Active is finally ready. Samsung and AT&T just announced the latest offering from the South Korean tech giant. It’s the rugged version of the Galaxy S7 which means it is more shatterproof and more water-resistant. Samsung usually launches the Active variant of every Galaxy S phone around summer, making the Galaxy S7 Active an ideal gadget for those beach trips and outdoor adventures.

AT&T will start offering the new Galaxy phone this June 10, Friday. You can get it for only $26.50 per month for 30 months on AT&T Next or AT&T Next Every Year at $33.13/mo for 24 months when you are under an eligible service. You can choose from the Camo Green, Titanium Gray, or Sandy Gold version. The several photos we’ve seen earlier turned out to be true and it’s included in the BOGO (Buy One, Get One) promo of mobile carrier.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 Active is ideal for rough use with its 5.1-inch Super AMOLED display screen, 4000mAh battery, 12MP Dual Pixel camera system, Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset, fingerprint sensor, microSD card slot, 32GB built-in storage, and the KNOX security system. Should you decide to get not just one but two Galaxy S7 Active, you can get them AT&T Next and receive a maximum of $695 bill credits for over 30 months.

If you want a new tablet, you can also avail of the Galaxy Tab E for $0.99 on an AT&T Next two-year plan with the Galaxy S7 Active. Both devices should have an active wireless service.

You can also choose to get a Samsung Gear S2 with the phone to complete the mobile and wearable experience. You can take advantage of the NumberSync feature so you can receive/make calls or send texts and messages right on the smartwatch. The service will be offered free with the wireless plan you are getting. You will be using only one number on the two devices.
