Aside from the new ZenPad 8 and ZenPad 10, ASUS also introduced a new ZenFone. The new variant known as the ZenFone Max boasts of an ultimate 5000mAh battery. It’s one powerful smartphone that offers a super long lasting battery life. Most smartphones available in the market today have an average of 2800 to 3000mAh batteries. Those with 3500mah to 4000mAh are already considered powerful. We’ve seen a few with 10000mAh battery but not without a high price tag.
This 5000mAh ZenFone Max is considered as easily available for purchase. The Taiwanese tech giant has offered it for commercial release complete with a 5.5-inch HD display, 1280 x 720 pixel resolution, either 2GB or 3GB RAM, 13MP rear camera (dual-tone flash and Laser auto focus), 5MP selfie camera (85-degree wide-angle lens and f/2.0 aperture), Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 chipset, and a 32GB onboard storage. When it comes to connectivity, this one has the standard WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, and 4G/LTE.
You can choose from the three color options: orange, black, and blue colors. Phone will be ready in India through Flipkart for only Rs. 9999 and Rs. 12999 ($148 and $192) for the 2GB and 3GB RAM models, respectively. We have no information when the model will be ready in Taiwan, China, and any other regions but looks like the phone will be out in India first.
