The brand new ASUS Transformer Pad 300, also known as the TF300T, has been available for a few weeks and already ASUS is pushing a firmware update that is bringing tons of new features, and making a couple of quick changes. Not only have they released an update, but ASUS has also made the source code available for download to those interested.
It looks like ASUS has released a quick firmware update to version V9.4.3.17 for three countries, including the US, as well as a version for the Japan model. Along with the update ASUS has also been so kind as to release the TF300T’s source code for those that like to get dirty with Android code. Two versions are available for download supporting the current, and updated firmware versions for Android 4.0.3 ICS and are available at the link below. The update should also be rolling out to devices so be sure and check for updates if you’re rocking the TF300T from ASUS.
