Who remembers us talking about the AndyPad? If you don’t you should because these are some extremely competitively priced Android tablets and today they are finally up for pre-order. We’ve covered the AndyPad more than a few times in the past and recently they received some hands-on treatment.
Over on andypad.co.uk they have officially gone up for pre-order. Both the AndyPad and the AndyPad Pro. While these aren’t like what we are used to with Honeycomb tablets they do offer some decent specs all at amazingly low prices. More on the official specs and pricing can be found here.
At 129 British pounds, roughly $210, the AndyPad is a bit different from the Android tablets we’re used to. With a resistive touch screen, no multi-touch, at a resolution of 800×480 it isn’t the top-tier device you’d think but does feature 8GB storage, Wi-Fi, and more. Then the AndyPad Pro will cost 179 pounds, or $292, and here you’ll get a lot more bang for your buck. With a 1024×600 resolution capacitive screen with multitouch, Bluetooth and dual cameras it has a little more of the specs we are used to, and features 16GB of internal storage.
For now head over to AndyPad at the link below and pre-order your own today.
