I know how much you love your Android but you know the mobile platform still has its limitations. Google may be pushing towards Material Design to change the direction of Android but while it’s still here, it’s good to manage the mobile OS from a web browser.
All it takes is an Internet connection to keep you updated. View your Android stuff on a big screen instead of a small phone or tablet screen. Don’t limit yourself now because AirDroid 3 is coming soon with the Mac OS and Windows clients in mind.
No official press release has been made yet but AirDroid posted a hint on Twitter. Looks like a design overhaul is coming so it should be exciting. We can expect the next version to have the same features: Desktop SMS access, seamless File and Media transfer, Find Phone function useful when phone is lost, better App Management, Camera and Screenshot, easier transferring of phone calls and clipboard plus URLs and more.
The AirDroid team has not revealed on exact availability yet but if you haven’t tried AirDroid, you may want to download the current version and see for yourself what it is all about.
Its developer Sand Studio revealed some information to BGR about the upcoming update. The AirDroid 3 will include the following new features: Notification mirroring, incoming call alerts and reject calls with a message, Contacts management, and Air Mirror. Let’s just wait and see.

Let’s hope this version actually works. The previous versions have never worked on my current Android device or PCs.
I’ve used it since it’s been out, it’s had some problems in the past..but all in all it’s been good.
Airdroid 3 is out and I have tried it, really works well and an interesting and useful app to sync your android smartphone with your PC – I use it on my Chromebook and it works flawless. Keep it up the good work Airdroid Team.
