Advent has pushed out a new firmware release for the Vega Tegra 2 tablet, v1.08, said to clear up several of the slate’s bugs as well as improve screen responsiveness while on mains power. The release also updates the Vega’s WiFi driver.
However, the new firmware still doesn’t include official Adobe Flash Player 10.1 functionality, which Advent yanked back in December over missing certification. That will be “available soon” the company says.
