Addappt for Android just received a big update from its developers. It’s said to be the biggest release yet so we can expect major changes and new features from this version. One notable improvement is the full group support. It’s something that Android Lollipop users have been missing. You see, such support is important for anyone who wants to connect and be part of a social group.
With the app update, the group features are now more powerful. The business people will greatly benefit from this because they can easily search for related companies or organizations and then create groups. The app now boasts a redesigned and more modern user interface for faster navigation. You’ll now notice tabbed navigation which is easier. When you swipe a contact in the list or just from the search results, you can view quick actions. For much quicker access, the app now opens in the Contacts tab by default.
There’s a Smart Favorites feature that also helps remember your last communication. It knows how you communicated the last time you used the app. This way, some steps are eliminated for faster access, calling, or texting. Expect to see those quick actions on each favorite contact or item.
Having a Favorites list can definitely make your mobile life easier and more convenient. If you wish to change their order, just long press on an item and move. The app will automatically get the favorites from your phone’s contacts but you can always edit by adding your contacts or just searching for one and then marking as a favorite.
The Full Group support brings automatic importing of any group, more efficient group management (create, delete, or edit), and adding of contacts to groups by search. Feel free to communicate with your group by swiping across the screen to access quick actions including group text or group email.
