How many games that you play on your mobile device can claim that they can actually help you meditate. Most of them will either stress you out or bring out your competitive spirit. But this new game created by a VFX artist and solo independent game developer might just help not just your brain but also be good for your chi. _Prism is a visually rewarding and challenging game that should also keep you calm and unstressed (if you’ll let it) when and after you play it.
Aside from the fact that you have to solve the puzzle on each level, the game will not give you much instructions on how you’ll do it. You will have to figure out the what it will ask you to do on each level, and of course it will become more difficult as you progress. There are only 13 levels in this game, so you can actually finish it in just over an hour. You will have to rotate, pinch, and zoom all throughout to be able to understand and appreciate the game.
Since the developer is a visual effects artist, you can expect stunning graphics and the shapes will transform before your eyes as you continue to push and pool and zoom in and zoom out. And to help put you in a meditative state, it has an original “zen-like” soundtrack. The reason also why it puts you in a state of relaxation is that it is based on Classical Elements, with each piece of “sacred geometry” a part of our lives and the world.
With such a beautiful game, you can expect a rather premium price (well, premium if you’re used to free and freemium games). You can download _Prism from the Google Play Store for $2.99. It might seem such a steep price to pay for a game that you can play in an hour, but if this seems like an attractive bit to you, then it should be worth it.
