No your eyes are not deceiving you, this isn’t the return of the original HTC Sense knockoff Beautiful Widgets. The screenshot is of a new entry in the Android Widget market, Fancy Widget. It bears a striking resemblance to the original Beautiful Widget.
If you would like a taste of Sense UI on your Froyo or regular Android device, head over to the market and download Fancy Widget now. It is a free download and if HTC catches wind of this they might shut it down like they did to Beautiful Widgets.
Once you download and install this, it will automatically pickup your location and your local weather information. Tapping on the clock or weather allows you to force update the information. This is a good option to replace the stock clock app.

A bug:
Sometimes the program is frozen during that the alarm clock is not working.
I found that only happened when i used my app killer, if thats the case then go to your app killer settings and tell it to not kill the fancy widget when you initiate it
