The year is about to end and believe it or not, ASUS has got another ZenFone 3 variant. The Zenfone 3 Zoom is rumored to launch at the upcoming CES in Las Vegas. That’s only a few weeks from now so we won’t have to wait for long. As with the previous models, this Zoom variant is more imaging-centric, perfect for the mobile photography enthusiast.

There’s no excessive megapixels but rather there are dual cameras at the back. This system is slowly becoming a standard in smartphones although not all OEMs have embraced it yet. Asus Zenfone 3 Zoom was recently sighted on TENAA which means it’s about to be unveiled in China. Phone is listed as the Z01HDA and is expected to join the roster of Zenfone 3 phones that include the Laser, Max, and Deluxe versions.

As for the specs, the Asus Z01HDA is said to have a 5.5-inch Full HD AMOLED display screen, 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, 2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, 2GB/3GB/4GB RAM, 16/32/54GB internal storage, and a 4850 mAh battery. Phone is said to have a 12MP and 13MP rear cam setup. It only runs Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow but it should be ready for Nougat next year.

Possible color options of the upcoming ASUS ZenFone 3 Zoom including Luxury Gold, Navy Black, and New Crafts Silver.
