Messaging app LINE continues to bring more features and improvements to its service as the battle of the messaging apps continue to heat up. For version 6.9.0 of the app, which is an Android first update, users get to enjoy new features like bigger text, the option to make your post self-destruct in one hour on your timeline, liking comments on your timeline and reporting ones that are abusive, plus other little things that when put together, add up to a more enjoyable messaging experience.

The LINE Timeline has been a great addition to the app, making it not just a messaging service but also a social network where you can post things you don’t want to post on Facebook or Twitter. And now you will be able to interact with the comments there with the like button. You can also now easily report inappropriate accounts and abusive behavior on your timeline. You can also now make the text on your timeline posts bigger, if you want to emphasize something or you want your statement to stand out.

You have the option to have your post self-destruct after 24 hours. But now you will be able to choose between that and 1 hour or six hours. There are probably some things that you just need to let out but then later on, you probably don’t want it to be “immortalized”. So this is one of those solutions. Other minor changes include the stickers now located at the bottom of the screen, animated reactions when you like a post, and the ability to mention friends with the @ button.

The changes have started rolling out so check your LINE Google Play page if it’s available for you. Remember, this is Android first so your iOS friends will have to wait a little longer.
