Apart from Motorola, Lenovo has another potential cash cow in ZUK. This isn’t the first time we’re learning about this phone but the ZUK Edge has been sighted online again. We’re anticipating this is the 3rd ZUK phone for this year as spotted on TENAA a few weeks ago. A white variant also appeared in the wild last week but a black version of the Android phone is also available
There’s no confirmation yet from Lenovo or ZUK but based on the leaked document, specs include a Full HD display screen, Snapdragon 821 processor, Adreno 530, 6GB RAM, 64GB onboard storage, 13MP rear camera, 8MP front-facing cam, and of course, Android 7.0 Nougat. The device is said to have already cleared TENAA recently which means it will be announced in China very soon.
Another leak shows a black variant so we’re now looking forward to a white and black Lenovo ZUK Edge.
We’re interested to know if and when the Lenovo ZUK Edge will be available in other regions like India as another emerging market where the brand is also visible. This ZUK Edge follows the Z2 unveiled last May. The Z1 only reached India earlier this year when it rolled out in late 2015. We’re guessing this one will reach other key markets sooner and earlier as expected.
