Sync For Reddit has just received another round of update. The last one we reported was about the app getting Android M permissions and Material Design changes. This v12.1 adds another round of new and major features plus several changes, improvements, and fixes. New and important features include support for tables in comments, color picker to the settings, confirm popup when marking all messages as read, Theme customization, and support for old imgur galleries.
With this app update, SYNC for Reddit gets a new left handed mode to comments. In the sidebar, you will now see the Multireddit contents. Meawhile, Subreddits can now be added or deleted from a multireddit. In the new comments drawer, you will see “recently viewed” for easier identification. Expect to experience a better multireddit management, threaded messaging, and more MOD tools.
Some other enhancements include support for XKCD images, icons to the top of the friend and trending drawers, and the ability to see the sidebar of a trending subreddit straight from the trending sidebar or from the overflow of a comments page. The update should also make images load faster now while MP4 variants of reddit GIFs should start showing up.
For those who complained about some issues, know that fixes have been made already including those in full width padding, pagination in mod sections not loading properly, enter-exit animations, and the N split screen problems.
