If you’ve ever dreamt of having a giant Samsung smartphone that you probably won’t use but will still be a sight to see, then you better head on over to Moscow, Russia as the Korean OEM has unveiled the largest display you’ll ever see. Well, at least in Europe. The LED signage is lording it over the area of Sokol in Russia’s capital as a viral promotion for one of the latest flagship devices, the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge.
Of course it’s technically not an actual smartphone but just a mega-sized signage that is a gazillion times bigger than the actual one. Okay, maybe not exactly a gazillion times. But it is 80 meters high and 40 meters wide. It is so huge that 2.2 kilometers away, the signage can still be spotted from the Gidroproket Building. Around 800,000 people see it every day because it is strategically located in the road that connects downtown Moscow and the Sheremetyevo International Airport.

Aside from the vehicle traffic, there is also a lot of foot traffic in the area based on . The location is actually an office building near the main area of the city’s downtown district. It will serve as a humongous reminder to residents and visitors that if they haven’t bought one yet, Samsung has a Galaxy S7 edge with a curved display.

The sales of the two flagship devices, the other one being the Galaxy S7, have been doing pretty well in the markets where it first arrived. Samsung has benefitted from their earlier than usual release, while there is still no sign of a new iPhone.
