1Password has been a lifesaver for many people who maintain a lot of user accounts and passwords but can’t remember them all manually. However, the desktop version still seems to be the more robust, and some users wish they could have the same features in the mobile version. Well the latest update to the app brings a few things over to the Android app, including AllVaults and Large Type. Plus, search has also improved, as the app goes beyond 1 million installs.

Yes, apparently there are more than one million people who are already using 1Password on their Android devices, and these users are getting improvements with the latest updates (yes plural because they came in one update after another). First off, search within the app itself has been improved. You can now search from wherever you are in the app, as long as you see the search icon. You can also see the results displayed inline as you type, including not just titles in login items but even URLs as well.

AllVault, which is a regular in the desktop version and is a good way to compartmentalize your dozens or hundreds or thousands of passwords. You will now be able to see it on your Android smartphone, both for Teams and Families customers. Large Type is also now available on your mobile app, which lets you see your password easier if you need to type it in manually on a device like your PS4. They are also color coded into letters, numbers, and symbols, to help you see them better.

The update for 1Password has already been rolling out to users of the app. You can check through its Google Play Store page now.
