BlackBerry isn’t only busy working on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow version for the Priv. The smartphone pioneer has just rolled out its monthly security update for the Android-powered device. This update is highly recommended to ensure that your BlackBerry device is bug-free and free from all possible vulnerabilities. As you all know, Android is not really the most secure mobile platform but BlackBerry can keep the Priv secure all the time.
BlackBerry has a lot of security measures to ensure that the common Android problems won’t be experienced on the Priv. So far, the company has been successful. Aside from Google, it’s the only phone manufacturer that releases monthly security updates beating the likes of Samsung, LG, Sony who promised to roll out such but failed to do so. HTC noted that monthly updates are not possible, describing it as unrealistic.
BlackBerry is able to release security fixes always on time. For April, the update is already available for download. Several vulnerabilities have been fixed by BlackBerry. We have a long list below but they’re all important to your BlackBerry device. Take a look at the list and see if you’ve encountered some errors. The update should fix all of them in this particular update.

Interesting how people think the Priv has failed, when these updates are on the devices quick like a bunny.
Everyone just likes to trash Blackberry it is almost habitual. There is so many articles on financial rags about Blackberry when nobody has made money off BB stocks in years. What is the fascination with trashing Blackberry? Are Apple and Google still pay rolling people to sink Blackberry? Are the stock shorts still hoping it will crash?
I don’t really get it. I like my BlackBerry Priv and what’s more, it kicks the Samsung Galaxy devices asses by doing what Samsung fails to do. I wonder if Google is paying to have these rags kill BlackBerry so they can sink and buy them out so they get BlackBerry’s hardware, which is really second to none now. Just my thoughts…
