With a lot of new stuff going on with the NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV console, the gaming and graphics company is keen to convince gamers to try out the fastest Android device around and see what gaming goodness it can give. Of course, it helps in the convincing when you give a gamer his first skydive experience.
Tim Schultz is a native of Georgia and has been a gamer for most of his life, albeit on PC. He’s a big NVIDIA user – their GTX video cards apparently. He’s also a paraplegic and uses a wheelchair to get around. NVIDIA brought in professional skydiver Jeff Provenzano and his Red Bull Air Force pal Luke Aikins, who has also done a lot of tandem jumps for disabled people. See the video of the jump below.
Apart from that amazing experience, Tim received a brand new NVIDIA SHIELD console, a new GTX980 Ti graphics card for his PC, and a 1-year membership to GeForce NOW, which is NVIDIA’s new game streaming service. From what the video shows, Tim is pretty stoked with the loot he got.
A little marketing here and there, a good deed with a bag of great loot included, and it spells wonders for NVIDIA and the products they have. Good on you, guys.
