A lot of game publishers are now jumping on to NVIDIA’s game streaming service, GeForce NOW. This might be a testament to how game streaming is the next big thing in gaming, but it is also an evidence that the NVIDIA SHIELD Android TV console – on which the said service is available – is just a monster of a device, and playing games on it is a joy. Now, SEGA and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment are also throwing their hats in for GeForce NOW.
SEGA, now mostly a software company but still one of the iconic names in video gaming, is known for probably its biggest intellectual property – SONIC the Hedgehog. Members of the GeForce NOW game streaming service will be happy to know that they will be getting some SONIC in their gaming lives now. The game will even support multiplayer mode, and NVIDIA’s up to 4 controllers is perfect for some family gaming time.
Two very epic titles from Warner Bros. are also making their way to GeForce NOW – these are Mad Max and Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor. These are open world, action-adventure games that should render pretty well on the NVIDIA SHIELD’s robust hardware specs.
So are you convinced of getting an NVIDIA SHIELD and jumping on to GeForce NOW yet? NVIDIA is making it easy for you, as they are offering the first three months of GeForce NOW membership free, and then it’s USD$7.99 per month after.
