What will you do when you suddenly wake up, with no memory of how you get there, in a place that seems strange yet familiar, and then you suddenly have some enemy agents running after you? Well aside from running, you’ll probably try to use your brains and stealth mode to try and escape from them of course. This is basically what happens in a new game called Rogue Agent, now available for Android smartphones and tablets.
Your aim for this game is to get your agent to safety through 52 short but increasingly difficult puzzles/maps. And if at first you don’t succeed, you can replay them and try it again (and again) until you perfect it or you’re able to unlock developer commentaries and even some secret levels. To help you along, you can use some strange but useful gadgets like Scramble Suit, Sonic Mine, Recaller and Quick Clone. And if you’re tired of trying to solve these puzzles, you can also play some mini-games like Hacking, Lockpicking, and Wiring.
What you’re trying to escape from are the Guards and to make it more difficult, they can also be upgraded with things like more advanced weapons and night vision goggles. And if you’re in a bragging mode, you can actually share on social media your replay videos to show off how clever you are in escaping from said Guards.
You can download Rogue Agent from the Google Play Store for just $3.28. There are still some in-app purchases available, if you feel like taking some shortcuts.
