Huawei was tipped to make it big in 2016 so we’re expecting that the Chinese OEM will impress the CES goers. Aside from smartphones, it’s also known to make affordable but good quality tablets. The MediaPad M2 10.0 tablet is no different as it promises to bring great visuals and audio. Just like the latest smartphone models being introduced in the market, the new Huawei tablet boasts of an aluminum full-metal body that helps deliver that fantastic surround sound.
The Huawei MediaPad M2 10.0 currently showcased in Las Vegas at the CES floor features a 10-inch display screen, Full HD IPS display, 2GB/3GB RAM, 16GB or 64GB onboard storage, microSD card slot for storage expansion, four speakers, 13MP rear camera, 5MP selfie shooter, and a 6660mAh battery. Of course, there’s the standard GPS, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, accelerometer, and a fingerprint sensor. The tablet may be very slim at only 7.5mm but it produces powerful sound, thanks to the Clari-fi Audio Restoration, SWS 2.0 Surround Sound, Intelligent Power Amplifier, and tuning by Harman Kardon.
Two variants will be available in the US: 64GB gold and 16GB silver. No word on pricing and availability yet but it should be released in the first quarter of the year.
