It’s almost that time of the year again when those who are lucky enough to travel to snow-capped places will be able to ski to their heart’s content. Or if they’re more adventurous enough, to actually snowboard. But if for some reason you can’t, there are always mobile games to let you have vicarious thrills. The sequel to the famous Snowboard Party is now here, ready for all your virtual stunts and tricks on your Android devices.
Snowboard Party 2 brings you more snowboarding adventure on the high slopes and more of the same (yet different) action that you come to expect from this game. This time around, you have 21 unique locations in which to practice and compete against pre-programmed snowboarders or actual people playing from around the world. You also have a new time-attack mode, wherein the objective is to finish the race track as quickly as possible. You get additional speed if you execute several tricks, but if you miss flags at the checkpoints, you’ll get docked some points.
You can customize your rider, from the over 50 boards available (some of them can be unlocked later on) and from 80 different outfits, which can include something weird like zombie, alien, pirate. etc. There are also 16 different snowboarders to choose from. If you’re new to snowboarding, you can actually practice and master the more than 50 unique tricks and stunts through the game’s tutorial.
You can download Snowboard Party 2 from the Google Play Store for $1.99. There are also some in-app purchases available, just in case you can’t wait to unlock some features.
Thanks.
