Karalux definitely knows how to give a smartphone the golden treatment. Yes, there’s no stopping this Vietnamese company from adding more shine to the latest premium Android phones in the market today. After the Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, and Galaxy S6 Edge all from Samsung, Karalux dipped the new BlackBerry Priv into gold.
The BlackBerry Priv alone is already a winner when it comes to the business phone category especially that it is now powered by Android. Actually, we can also say it’s a BlackBerry-powered Android phone because it’s guaranteed to be more secure and private, thanks to BlackBerry’s integrated security measures. The Android platform running on the smartphone makes it more accessible to people and makes more apps able to run on the device. BlackBerry Priv owners have the benefits of both BlackBerry and Android.
The 24K BlackBerry Priv by Vietnamese company Karalux still features the same specs: 5.4-inch curved QHD screen, 2K resolution, 3GB RAM, Snapdragon chipset, 18MP camera with Schneider-Kreuznach lens, 4K video recording capability, OIS, and a 3360 mAh battery. Karalux will start selling the golden BlackBerry Priv beginning December 5, Saturday.
This isn’t the first BlackBerry smartphone Karalux tried to open and dip into gold as the previous BlackBerry Passport and its Passport Silver Edition also received the 24K golden treatment. This Priv though was said to be more challenging to disassemble compared to the older models and other phones from other companies.
